At the current point in the story, I think Kiyoshi likes himself. He has a goal and a set of priorities which makes him feel like his life has meaning and direction. He's looking for a wife to care for!!! He also likes how he looks much more that he did before. He continues to enjoys wearing stylish pink outfits. He's also letting his hair grow for the first time in his life so he must also be enjoying styling it!
For Keima, he knows his body is attractive but is still recovering from an identity crisis so things aren't going so well inside that head of his. He has good days and bad days.
Lastly, for Yuu, she makes an effort to think positively of herself. She's been undergoing physical therapy for a while. It's been a rough year for her. She has a lot of unhealthy ideas that would do her well to let go of.
